EZE'S GUIDE TO THE WALL BREAKER
WALL BREAKERS are Skeletons that run towards the nearest
wall with a bomb in hand, fuse lit. They are suicide bombers,
dying as soon as they drop their payload. They do 40X damage
to Walls therefor they do more damage to walls than any other
troop..by far. They seem like a simple troop to use and almost
like they do not have much value for the 2 troop space that they
require but they are one of the games most valuable troops!

There are several points that I must get across. 1st thing is
that wall breakers are NOT as easy to use as some would think
and 2nd a failed Wall Breaker (WB) attack is one of the most
common reasons for failed attacks. This is why.. 1st
Wall Breakers do go for the closest wall BUT if that wall has
a hole in it already they will go for the next closest wall. This is
why you may drop a WB in front of a section of walls and
witness them run along side the wall only to get shot down. It
looks random and can be quite frustrating so be sure they have
a solid target before you put them into play. 2nd and MOST
IMPORTANTLY.. DO NOT drop your Wall breakers 1st!! They
will get shot down before they drop the bomb! They work best if
you drop a Golem, Giant or any other large ground troop first
and then the WB only after the defenses in that particular area
have targeted the larger troops. This will give the WBs a clear
path to the wall where they can drop their bomb which is,
BTW 1 second after they arrive.

Wall Breaker fails.. when attacking a wall that has several buildings on the outside of the walls and plan on using WB to break through the walls while the other troops clear the outer buildings beware! This is a common starting point for a Wall Breaker fail. If there is not a large defense only troop (meaning that troop only targets defenses) already on the wall, taking fire from the defenses than those defenses will target the Wall Breakers. If this happens the troops that are cleaning out the outer buildings may not enter the base but they may decide to path around the outside of the walls OR those troops may get pulverized as they try to break through the walls themselves. This happens much more than it should! To avoid this colossal mistake use the proper drop sequence. Always drop your high HP defense only troops, once they wave reached the walls then begin to clear out the outer buildings and drop the WB in the mist of all of the action. This will help ensure their very short lived survival.

Try using 10-15 Wall Breakers with a Rage Spell. With some practice for the proper timing of troop deployment and with enough experience to understand which type of wall designs or most vulnerable to Raging WBs, you may enjoy watching your WBs blow through 2-3 layers of walls. After the Wall Breakers have done their job the Rage Spell is still active and the 1st wave of troops into the base are supercharged!
Wall Breakers in the Clan Castle for a defense troop
is not the wisest choice due to the fact that they die as soon
as their bomb goes off. It is however, quite funny to watch
if your village is under attack from a large group of Archers or
Barbarians . They do not handle the blast from the Wall
Breaker bomb very well. Clans have also been known to
fill their Clan Castles with Wall Breakers in war if the clan
that they face is extremely rushed and they have no chance
to win the war.. This being said, if your clan sees lots of Wall Breakers
in war you might need to take a long look in the mirror and start
making some changes!

Take note that Wall Breakers will only attack walls that have buildings
and defense set up behind those particular walls. If you deploy your Wall
Breakers and they do not attack the was directly in front of where you deployed
them, it may be because there are no buildings in that section of walls or the buildings are not close enough to the walls that you had anticipated them attacking, This will cause your Wall Breakers to run down the exterior of the walls to the next section of the base that has walls with targets directly behind them.. and more often then not it will lead them directly into enemy fire. This is a common way to have a WB fail at the beginning of your attack.. which always sucks! Be careful how much you clear out before you deploy the Wall Breakers!

Overall the Wall Breaker may be small, may die after impact and you may
only bring 3-4 to each raid but without them you will either have to use spells
to get through the walls, use air troops or just perish outside of the base with another 39% raid. Timing is everything for the WB.. when I've been asked where to use them and when to use them I have given this advise... "drop the WB after the tanks (Golem or Giants) and run them between their legs.. lol... and stay away from Wizard Towers and watch for the Mortar Shells"
