
EZE'S GUIDE TO THE JUMP SPELL
The Jump Spell is one of two new spells that you have available to you once you have reached TH9. It does not change your troops capabilities by making them stronger or faster but it does something that it vital to your raids success, it eliminates your troops need to target Walls and break through those Walls to get to the next chamber. This may not sound like a big deal but it really is because some Walls have incredibly high Hit Points and it takes your troops a long time to get through them, meanwhile they are getting pummeled by defensive DPS. So even though the Jump Spell only allows you to jump over Walls what it does is allow you to concentrate all of your offensive firepower on the defenses instead of focusing on both Walls and then eventually defenses!

There are many different techniques being used in
relation to the Jump Spell so instead of going into each one
individually we will break it down into 3 categories. 1st is
the Offensive Jump Spell. 2nd is the Kill Squad Jump Spell
and last is the Redirection Jump Spell.

Offensive Jump is probably the easiest to explain. This
is when a player will use 1-2 Jump Spells to direct his
funneling troops directly to the core of the base, most
players will use the Jump in combination with other
boosting spells like the Rage Spell of the Haste Spell
to push the troops over the Walls and straight into action.
The only Problem with this tactic is that if your attack gets
delayed some troops may get stuck inside compartments of
the base once the Jump Spell has expired. (it will always be
the Golem too... never fails!)

The Kill Squad, as most of you know, is a small group of troops that are deployed at the beginning of an attack that will have designated tasks to preform. Common task for the Kill Squad are to kill the enemy Clan Castle Troops or the enemy Heroes, or even specific defenses like the Air Defense if you are planning an air attack with the main body of troops. With this in mind the use of carefully placed Jump Spells will enable your Kill Squad to maneuver over certain walls and go in the direction that is most important for the success of the attack.

Finally the redirection use for the Jump Spell is basically a fail safe that alot of players like to use. By adding a 2nd (or 3rd) Jump Spell that does not have a predesignated location picked out for it pre-attack gives players the ability to save a troop that gets stuck attacking a wall instead of attacking other defenses. The Golem immediately come to mind in this particular scenario because they are so prone to becoming a non factor in an attack if/ when they walk into a wall and decide to start attacking it (they usually only do this when they have attracted 2-3 Healers for themselves..LoL this drives everyone crazy!!) So, instead of suffering through watching the Golem, or any other troops attack the walls players will drop the Jump Spell on them and get them back into the attack as soon as possible!
