After the release of Pokemon Go Supercell watched some of their faithful take a small vacation from Clash to try out the new virtual Poke Hunt known as Pokemon Go. Yes we have all seen those annoying kids running through our back yards trying to catch Pokemon.. apparently rumorville boasted Pokemon Go as the number one mobile game in the world and Supercell sprung into action.
September has always been a huge month for Clash Fans and with current events as they are there is no better time than now to unleash the biggest and baddest update of them all! Will Supercell put the game we all love back in its rightful spot as king of the hill of all mobile games? How will they do this? Expect this update to effect every single Town Hall level in the game!
"SEPTEMBER UPDATE WILL BE THE LARGEST EVER!"
Although there is no confirmed factual information coming directly from supercell but there are plenty of forum conversations bouncing around the Clash World. One thing we do know is that the stage is set for Supercell to step up to the plate and hit a Grand Slam for its fans. We have read about 10 different Clash News articles about the upcoming update and they all say about the same thing. We ARE NOT into simply repeating rumors so with that in mind lets consider a few things.. 1st Supercell is use to sitting high above all other game in the Mobile Gaming community and they are now dealing with someone else either sharing the spotlight or outright stealing it from them. Expect them to do what they do best which is analyze what their players want and deliver it to them in abundance.. 2nd there has been a public outcry after the last update stating that the update only effected a very small % of the clashing community (TH11s) AND the TH11s that it did effect were not happy with how easily other TH11s could ravage through their carefully built and maintained bases. That's 0/2 if your counting... Expect EVERYONE to feel the effects of this update.. That alone makes it the largest update ever!
"RUMORS ARE ALREADY SWIRLING AROUND THE WORLD ABOUT POSSIBLE GEM MINES!"
We all know how free app games work. We start playing and wnt to become the best we can be and that takes a tremendous amount of time. The games allow us to use in game currency (in Clash of Clans case it GEMS) to speed up the wait time or to simply purchase the upgrades outright. After all time is money... Supercell has made tons of money off of the sale of gems to their players.. Lets repeat that.. Supercell has made tons of money off of the sale of gems... TONS OF MONEY... Now, what they have done with that money is what I would like to focus on. They have reinvested it into their game providing us all with the feature that we all look forward to, The UPDATES! These programming updates are massive projects for Supercell to constantly focus on and the cost of them are equally impressive.. Now if the Rumors hold true they have decided to give a little back
A few quick points for everyone. Going to state the obvious here to make a point. Supercell is a company that provides their customers (otherwise know as players) with an entertaining video game with the expectation to profit off of the game. If their business does not profit there will be no game. So for those of you who have never spent a dime on Clash, good for you... now thank your clan mate that has! For those of you who want to complain that Supercell has designed this game to influence people to spend money I urge you to goto your closest library and do some research on what a business model is and where the priority of profit lies in every business.. its basically why all companies are in business.. to turn a profit. I suggest changing your perspective and try to be grateful that the company that you invest your time and money into invests the same time and money right back into the game to further entertain us :)
BTW I would love to see a GEM MINE but I'm not holding my breath.
"EVERY TOWN HALL LEVEL WILL BE EFFECTED BY THIS NEXT UPDATE"
One common complaint about previous Clash of Clans Updates have been that they have focused on the higher level of play and players and they have left out the lower 6-7 Town Hall levels. This is true and there is a reason for that. When a player 1st starts playing Clash everything is new to them. They are learning how to attack and build bases. They are learning how to interact with other players and clans. To throw a game changing update to a TH3 player may just ruin the game for them.. Think about it, they just learned how to use what they have and now there is an update that changes what they have just spent tons of time and energy to learn. Allowing updated to include all of the lower TH levels could have dire consequences for Supercell if they are not very carefull. I would Expect the changes to all TH levels (if this rumor is in fact true) would be a troop or defense thats available from a very low TH level. Even the newest Clasher could quickly adapt to a new, non elite troop or defense that could liven up the map without causing ripples in game play that would ultimately take away from the overall gaming experience
