CLAN CHALLENGE IN NEXT UPDATE?

CONT FROM HOMEPAGE... This seems like a great move in the right direction from Supercell! Keep in mind that they had just released a small blog about the direction that they are taking the company and ultimately Clash of Clans.
To recap a little Supercell had stated that their intentions were to continue to stay committed to creating unique characters and defenses to ensure their players stay challenged at all times. They want Clash of Clans to stay on the cutting edge and not be left in the past as yesterday's favorite. In order to do this they intend on maintaining a steady update process filled with meaningful content. They want players to work hard for their maxed bases and have to research and continually modify their attack and defensive strategies to stay on top of their game. I believe this is why we have players of all ages that log onto their account daily to work on their newest attacks etc. Moving forward you can count on Clash to bring you complex update material that will push even the most seasoned player to their limits to keep their "elite" status!
Back to the Clan Challenge... this new feature (if it goes through) has tons of implications, mostly positive but some will be considered negative ... 1st the arranged wars will be much easier to organize and initiate for the large Multi-Clan Families. They may be able to set themselves up with their sister clans for individual events or even conduct Tournaments within their own family! This will take the burden of the Base Weight calculations that have plagued any clan that tries to maximise their chances of getting matched up with who they intended on warring with in the 1st place. This sounds fantastic but there is a small down side to it as well. If I look really closely into my crystal ball and try to predict what clans may try to do I see clans creating sister clans full of 2nd or 3rd accounts that will serve as the punching bag for their parent clan. Clans may be able to boost their stats up tremendously if they are allowed to match up with just any clan that will accept the challenge. Im sure this had been considered by the developers and there will be some sort of claws attached to who can accept the challenge.
2nd will be the Farming Clans. We have all enjoyed the small break in the tense atmosphere of Clan Wars when our clan gets matched up with a farm clan that offer a guaranteed victory if your clan agrees to allow them to farm your #1 and #2. We have all faced these clans. At 1st glance it deflates any positive momentum that your clan has built up after several tough wins in a row but we have all learned to appreciate the easy loot and relaxed atmosphere that farm wars offer. These farm wars may be a thing of the past if the Clan Challenge goes through. Farm Clans will begin to group together in families of 20-30 clans and keep every war in the family... honestly it would be a small price to pay for such a great feature!
