I would like to wish everyone a safe and eventful holiday.

Remember that life is not about what we have managed to get in our years, it is measured by our capacity to give. Give your family your kind words and encouragement. Show them that forgiveness is greater than revenge and that hate will hide in the shadows while love will bring light to the dark places in their lives.

Take interest in what the little ones in our lives have to say. Look them in the eye when they talk so they understand how important they are to you. Your time will be more important to them than any gift you can buy in a store in the long run. Give them your time, cook for them, eat with them... make them laugh... then make them do the dishes for a laugh of your own.
