CME TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION
This form is to be filled out by the Tournament Director. This will create a Unique CME Tournament with all of your information built into it. Once you have selected the TYPE of tournament you are going to run (Open, Advanced or Pro) and paid your $5, $10 or $20 Entree fee (above) , you are ready to fill in the form below, just NAME the Tournament, then add your IN-GAME NAME and PayPal Account info (so we can pay you if you win) and your PayPal Verification Code (copy and paste from the payment you just made)

This may sound complicated at first but it's 95% automated and the parts that you have to enter or copy information has easy to follow instructions right there for you.

Start by filling out all of these text boxes and clicking submit. You Must have an E-Mail Address and a PayPal Account to complete this form. If any information is not accurate this form will not work properly!
When you click on the PayPal button you will be redirected to their site. There will be three choices that you can make for the 3 tournament entree levels. It is up to the Tournament Director to choose which tournament you want to run and inform everyone in the tournament of the entree level. You can choose from $5, $10 or $20. Whatever you choose to pay for the entree level will be what everyone in your tournament will have to pay. Click HERE for more info on the entree fees and payout percentages for each selection.
