The terms "Our Site, the Site, the Website, we, us, our" all refer to The Living Art Gallery.

The term "you, your, guests, visitors, members" can be a reference to either you personally or a reference to "you" the site guest or member in general

The Living Art Gallery does not sell any account information collected in any form to 3rd parties for profit. We do collect information from our members to create member profiles, members only pages, repeating email newsletters and other correspondence. We do not post any personal information (email, phone numbers, mailing addresses) in any public arenas on our site. We do not create lists and store them on external storage devices. Any information collected will be used in the manner described at the time of collection and any deviation from this process will only come after we have permission to do so.

We have a Cookie disclaimer on our site. We collect minimal cookies to run internal analytics to help us provide our products and services at optimal performance.

Some of the content on our site contains personal information about the Artist, her family and members of our staff. We ask that the information we provide on our site is not duplicated and used to cross reference her identity, address, personal phone number. We take our guests privacy seriously and would like similar considerations in return. There are opportunities for our guests to become paid members of the site. These members have access to Privileged information which include links to social media sites, links to pre recorded messages from the Artist and other members of our staff, email addresses that are unlisted on the site. We expect all of these communications and any others not listed to remain in the context in which they were offered. We also offer certain premium members the ability to send us pictures and or videos of their artwork to allow our staff the opportunity to make comments on their work, coach if requested. We expect any correspondence from our visitors and/ or members to be in good taste. Posting any comments, reactions or any other part of a message sent to you is intended for you unless stated otherwise. Please do not publish any interaction that is/ was between you and The Living Art Gallery onto a Social Media platform without our express written consent. Some of our premium members are offered personal services that include pre recorded messages from the Artist or a staff member that is considered private and only accessible through sharing a private link. These same members have the option to provide us with private and personal information about themselves or a loved one. We use this information to help create tailor made massages intended to provide uplifting content for people that are in need of such content. 

Due to the an elevated amount of personal information that may change hands we will only send these members the links or content on heavily encrypted emails. 

 

Any correspondence from The Living Art Gallery should come from one of the following email accounts. 2021artbyena@gmail.com, EZEstreetEnterprises@gmail.com, Ena@livingartgallery.art, EZE@livingartgallery.art, MJ@livingartgallery.art. We will never ask for payment information in an email nor will we contact you from an email not listed here without either changing this listing or updating our member list about a new email from an existing known account.

 

We have the opportunity for Platinum Members to post their own artwork on our site. There is a monthly membership fee for this service along with a profit sharing aspect that takes place if one of their pieces of art sells in any capacity. Our Platinum Members could potentially post information on their page within our site with personal information on it like their social media account information, email address and telephone number. Any information posted on these member requested pages was done so only after the information was specifically given to us via a page registration form. These member pages are under the same content restrictions as the rest of the site is. These restrictions were generated by Wix and were well thought out and comprehensively inclusive of a wide range of potential problems. We reserve the right to remove any member page if the content is deemed inappropriate by our staff or through a Wix screening of content process. 

** we are not affiliated with Wix, do not represent Wix... we only mention them to keep a transparent line of communication at all times and they have to authority to (although in my 10+ years using their website software I've never seen it) reject any content that was placed on their "unacceptable" list, a condition that I agreed with when choosing Wix as the website provider.

 

Using our name, any member of our managements name either directly or through a suggestive dialog in a manner that is degrading, misleading or destructive to our brand or overall image or causes a direct or indirect decline of membership, site traffic or general opinion is strictly prohibited. Due to the nature of the art, the descriptions of the art and any additional information provided on this site intended to help visitors and members better understand why we hold the art collections in such high regard the term God, Gods, Goddess, Angels, Demons, Devil(s), are used as descriptive and reference purposes and are not intended to secretly persuade our guests or members to align their belief structure, political views or lifestyle preferences with any one from our site's team. We use these terms without prejudice and allow site members to discuss these sensitive subject matter within the chat rooms on our site as long as they follow our criteria of a non discriminatory manner. Respecting other members privacy, identity or attacking other members in the form of hurtful or hostile comments in a chat room based on their religious beliefs, home country, age, sex, political affiliation as well as their belief in or disbelief in extra terrestrial life, life after death, alternate reality concepts such as the String Theory, Multiverse, The Holo Universe, The Matrix Theory, The Mandela Effect are all considered to be in the realm of possibility and we feel the potential for conversations about these topics to be common due to the nature of the artwork on display in the Living Art Gallery. Exploiting the views of others by reproducing comments made in a post, chat or pin up board in or on other sites or platforms is prohibited. Our Privacy Policy prohibits using the copy and paste feature to remove comments from any public forum and reposting them on any other platform without our expressed written consent.

John Lennon from the iconic band the Beatles once said "all news is good news" when asked if it bothered him when bad rumors would spread about the band.

We have a similar view. If someone does not like or appreciate our site we are not saying they have to say nothing and do nothing. We are asking for a level of professionalism be a standard for communication between the Artist, the site staff and the members of the site and the guests of the site.

We are not currently using any form of impression or click through advertising on our site. We reserve the right to add advertising to our site if we deem it to be necessary without prior consent from our site members. If a service such as Google AdSense is used on the site we will include that change in our monthly newsletter to our members. Advertisers will use Cookies to monitor site traffic and traffic behavior as well as maintaining an accurate response rate that would determine their cost to run adds on our site.

By submitting any of your personal information on to this site or any site, document, email, social media post etc, you agree that "we" have your permission to use the information provided in the manner that is outlined in this privacy policy. You agree that if you provide your email address and we in turn email a notification or newsletter to your provided email address you will not deem the email as an invasion of your protected privacy rights and report the email as dangerous or as spam. We will simultaneously agree not to send dangerous emails to your account with misleading information, impression advertising or any type of embedded programming that is deemed as unsafe such as phishing or trojan software or similar.
