Taking the ability to lead and control and utilizing that ability with honesty and compassion. To hear the voice of the people is common among the leaders of people, To act on their behalf is much more of a rare occurrence, to act on their best interests when it does not line up with your personal agenda is the sign of a selfless leader... the rarest of them all.
