SHADOW DECK

A mirrored version of the Gathering (Formally Gathering of Angels) When we mirror the original the sheer size and epic nature of this scene comes into view. The details in the center south to center north suggest multiple levels of activity. From a distance I have seen the Jaguar at the bottom, dragon in the middle and monkey up top all center image south to north but if you get in for a closer look several other images can be clearly seen. What's going on in this massive cathedral I don't really know but if you look closely the people are lining up to attend. This image is an Acrylic Liquid Poured painting that was poured and then a string was tied to a couple of popsicle sticks that were then drug across the canvas both east to west and north to south bringing the bottom layer of yellow to the surface. No paint brush was used none of the faces or people you will surely find were sketched in by ENA. We believe her preparation before pouring this piece created a unique opportunity for what we call universal data to transfer onto the canvas.
